Last week, we started an experiment that we finished today. Using gummy bear candies, Sprite, water, and white grape juice, we began our experiment. We wanted to find out what would happen if we let gummy bear candies soak in the liquids for 5 days. Each child chose which liquid he/she would pour into a cup and "soak" his/her gummy bears. Each "liquid" group recorded predictions as to what would happen to the gummy bears after soaking in the liquid for 5 days. Then, each child poured liquid into a cup and added 2 gummy bears....
...the gummy bears expanded or "grew" in each of the 3 liquids!
Wednesday- No EDP
Thursday- Cooking: We made 'Queen Whoopie Pies! They were delicious!
Friday- Technology: We played a variety of games on the iPad! Make sure to ask me what game I played!
